Anxiety. We all have it, but we all cant control it. This is my journal, my daily life.


What is anxiety?

What are symptoms of anxiety?
   Because each person has a unique chemical make up, the type, number, intensity, and frequency of anxiety symptoms will vary from person to person. For example, one person may have just one mild anxiety symptom, whereas another may have all anxiety symptoms and to great severity. All combinations are common.

      I feel that those of us who have to deal with the day to day struggles of anxiety know this all to well. We have felt every symptom at one time or another, we have all asked the common questions "Am I dying"? "Do i need to go to the hospital"? and the most classic "Will this ever go away"?. Many times we find our self at the local clinic, doctors office or emergency room, just to hear the dreaded words...Everything is fine...but deep inside you feel like its not. Hours, days, weeks, months. Searching for answers. Nothing, we just sit and wonder why our body is out of control and how can we take it back, and learning that it is easier said than done.

   I am writing this blog in hopes that we can come together, share our stories be a friend to someone in need. So please decide to follow and come on this daily journey with me. I promise I will never judge you, and I will always support you because in this world full of misunderstanding all we have is each other.
